A new title for the pizza maker
The Aindinois, reconverted into pizza in 2016 and at the head of three pizzerias, won a new title on Thursday March 31 in Paris: here he is French pizza champion in the “pizza in teglia” category, a thick but light that holds together and requires great expertise.
In Ain, you can find his cuisine in two restaurants that belong to him: Casa Viale and Side Pizza. In Lyon, he is associated with two former Georges Blanc employees in the Nano Trattoriain the district of Vaise.
The pizza maker is hoping to get another title at the 2022 world championships which will take place in Parma this week.
