After a raclette evening, it is not uncommon to have leftovers. Too many potatoes, too many charcuterie, too much cheese… If you can have another raclette evening the next day, you can also find other gourmet recipes to use up all those leftovers! And because we love cheese but want to be (a little) careful with our figure, we love the leek gratin with raclette and raw ham.
Raclette Pizza Recipe
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 100 g bacon
- 1 pizza dough
- 3 tbsp. fresh cream
- 200g raclette cheese
Wash the potatoes and cook them in plenty of boiling salted water until tender. Drain, peel and cut into slices.
Peel and slice the onion and sauté it in the pan with the bacon bits.
Unroll the pizza dough then spread the fresh cream on top. Pepper then distribute the slices of potatoes, onions and colored bacon. Cover with slices of raclette cheese.
Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C.
