The new iteration, which was available for a brief period on iOS and Android before being pulled from the respective app stores, will still ask to take control of the intrepid Barry Steakfries but will now be free of ads and in-app purchases, as required by the platform. According to Apple and Halfbrick Studios, the title will be able to renew itself and will include
new mechanics and a new way to play.
Jetpack Joyride 2 will be available for free from August 19 on the App Store for Apple Arcade subscribers. The game will leave no one behind and will be available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and Apple TV as long as your devices have 138 MB of free storage space and are running iOS/iPadOS/tvOS 13.0, or macOS 11.0 minimum.
