Two years after having his first Basilic&Co franchised pizzeria in Chambéry and at only 30 years old, Allan Joly has just passed a milestone by becoming a multi-franchisee with the opening of his second restaurant, in Aix-les-Bains.

“I didn’t choose the pizza sector, I chose Basilic & Co first and foremost”

“Parallel to my studies, I worked in catering. That’s when I said to myself that eventually I would have my business in this sector of activity. However, I knew that to manage a restaurant as well as possible, many skills were needed »recalls Allan Joly.

Aware of the need to acquire experience in sales and management, the young man therefore worked for 4 years as a salesperson before relaunch your business creation project.

“I didn’t choose the pizza sector, I chose Basilic & Co above all. I liked Basilic & Co’s approach. In fact, when I inquired about becoming a franchisee, it was out of curiosity. I knew Basilic & Co as a customer. This is also how I applied as a franchisee »he recalls.

He therefore contacts the sign and exchanges with the members of the head of the network. “I had a professional crush on this brand and on the people who work there. (…) Without the values ​​conveyed by Basilic & Co I would not have taken the risk of getting started”he concludes.

This is howhe finally embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure to become a Basilic&Co franchisee and open his first pizzeria, in Chambéry, at only 28 years old.

After successfully launching this first restaurant, just two years later, the young entrepreneur therefore decided to become a multi-franchisee with the opening of his second pizzeria, in Aix-les-Bains.

“It has always been my goal to have several points of sale. I like the concept and the management of several units is a new challenge for me. This forces me to organize and structure myself accordingly. It gives big days but I love it! » he explains.

Passionate about his profession and his brand, the young man does not intend to stop on such a good path: he is preparing for the opening of his third restaurant, which will take place in a few weeks.
