Realization of fougasse and focaccia for your summer aperitifs. Preparation of a soft and crispy pizza dough. – Tuesday August 9 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Tuesday August 9 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. – Saturday August 13 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Saturday August 13 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Participation in the workshop: 35€ The workshops are led by Christian Boistelle, master baker , pastry chef, confectioner. The participants put their hands in the dough for the elaboration of the recipe and carry their realization at the end of the session. PRACTICAL INFORMATION: The workshop can accommodate 8 to 10 people maximum. It will be postponed if the minimum number of participants of 8 is not reached. Personalized workshops on request can be added to the calendar from 6 participants. Registration will only be valid once payment has been made. A participant can cancel their participation up to 10 days before the date of the workshop and will be refunded.
