Start the recipe by preparing the pizza dough. For this, in a salad bowl or a robot, pour the flour. Add yeast and salt. Start beating with the mixer (or mix by hand). Add the water little by little so that the pizza dough forms.

Take the dough out of the robot or the bowl, spread it out on a clean work surface and start kneading. Knead for 10 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables. Wash the tomatoes and the red pepper. Peel the red onion. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the bell pepper and red onion into strips. Reserve everything.

In a frying pan, heat a little oil. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Sprinkle the curry and paprika over the chicken pieces. Pour the chicken into the hot skillet. Cook the chicken breast then set aside.

After the pizza dough has rested, knead it for a few more minutes before rolling it out on a floured work surface.
