Doctor Strange 2: this actor signed for 3 Marvel films! – Cinema news

After making a short (but funny) appearance in Doctor Strange 2, Bruce Campbell intends to return to drag his gaiters in other Marvel-stamped feature films.

Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness, released on May 4, grossed $954 million worldwide, approaching the fateful billion mark!

Directed by Sam Raimi, the film is worn by Benedict Cumberbatch as a magician superhero. However, a certain Bruce Campbell, the filmmaker’s favorite actor, steals the show for a short appearance.

The actor plays Pizza Papa, an exuberant character who crosses paths with the master of the mystical arts during the film. The latter, annoyed by the behavior of the seller, casts a spell on him, forcing the man to slap himself.

Present at Comic Con in San Diego, Bruce Campbell was interviewed by variety about a possible return to the MCU.

“Let me get this straight: if you think this character is just Pizza Papa, you’re wrong. With this multiverse story, if he exists in this universe, he exists in every other universe.

Therefore, don’t see it as just a cameo, but as a building block of the multiverse.”did he declare.

The artist then joked about his scenes in Doctor Strange 2 before discussing his future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“There are a lot of things you don’t know. For example, you don’t know that I signed a 3 movie contract with Marvel.

And that is something! On the other hand, I’m going to be in big trouble for revealing this to you!”he confided.

According to Bruce Campbell, we are therefore likely to see Pizza Papa again in the MCU! Unless the actor comes back to play another character?

In the meantime, find the comedian on Netflix in Ash VS Evil Dead.
