Cauliflower pizza recipe

To change from the traditional pizza which can seem heavy in the evening, we replace the dough with a cauliflower base. In addition to being super original and lighter, this recipe is easy to make and very very tasty!

Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g cauliflower
  • 60g corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 120 g parmesan
  • 50g tomato sauce
  • 100 g halloumi
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • salt pepper
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

Preparation

In a blender, place the washed cauliflower florets with the corn flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and Parmesan. Blend for a few minutes to obtain a smooth and sticky puree. Add the cornstarch and remix for a few seconds.

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the dough and sprinkle with a little cornstarch before pressing with your hands to shape the dough into a circle about 20 cm in diameter.

Bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.

Spread the tomato sauce then arrange the pieces of halloumi, the dried tomatoes and the black olives. Cook again for 5 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with arugula and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
