Apple opens 3rd R&D center in Israel for Apple Silicon chips

According to our information, Apple is currently recruiting for the opening of a New Israel Research Center in Jerusalem, which will make it Apple’s third R&D center in Israel (4th counting the one in the Palestinian territories which was recently announced). For now, the announcement is not yet official, but local officials have already started hiring campaigns. It should be noted that the country is becoming one of the pillars of hardware R&D in Cupertino, especially around Apple Silicon chips (like here), but also with primeSense (FaceID) or Annobit (and their ugly SSD controllers). These subsidiaries have the particularity of having remained located in Israel after their takeover, despite Apple’s habits of wanting to gather everything in California (Thanks Eliel!)
