After seeing their pizza truck burn suddenly on June 13, 2022 in Carrouges (Orne), Magali and Laurent were able to bounce back. They left with still as manyurge and of motivation.
The cause of the fire has still not been determined, however, the owners suspect a backfire wood fire in the truck.
On the roads of the Orne
Today, the Pizza Fresca truck travels again the roads of the Orne the whole week.
On Monday they are at CarrougesTuesday and Thursday at Putanges-Pont-EcrepinWednesday at bouce and on Friday at Listened.
On weekends, restaurateurs offer their services for private parties: weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc.
A conquered clientele
Céline Lappo and Dominique Cadol, a couple of friends who came order pizzaparticularly appreciate the service reserved for them.
The price/quality ratio is ideal. These are good products and wood-fired pizzas don’t have the same flavor as others.
I work in Paris and when I come back, I don’t necessarily want to cook. I go there almost every fortnight.
A wide range of choices
Restaurant owners, for their part, are putting more emphasis on their choice panel as well as quality of their products.
There are 32 pizzas to choose from on the menu. We will soon be setting up the chef’s pizza which will be changed once every two weeks.
Customers are delighted with their return and they too are happy to find their customers.
